DELIVERY

UK Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order

  • Standard UK Delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive and cost £4.99. 
  • Next Day Delivery will take 1-2 working days to arrive and cost £10. 
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day UK Delivery (does not include Saturday delivery) - Delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm and cost £15
  • Saturday Delivery now costs £19.99 for orders placed before 2pm on Friday.
  • All UK orders will not deliver on bank holidays and Sundays.

EU Delivery

Please note, due to the new EU regulations, as of the 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax and VAT charges. 

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

If you refuse to pay for the duties upon receipt of the package in your country and the package is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of the package being returned to us.

Please check you local custom duty fines before finalising your order.

  • DHL Express Delivery - approximately 2-5 working days - £29.99.
  • All EU orders are shipped with UPS, DHL or Royal mail and are fully trackable. Royal mail and UPS will not deliver on Public Holidays and weekends.  

US Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order

  • Standard Delivery - approximately 7 to 15 working days - £19.99.
  • DHL Express Delivery - approximately 2-3 working days - £29.99.
  • All US orders are shipped with DHL or Hermes and are fully trackable. DHL or Hermes will not deliver on Public Holidays and weekends. 

International Delivery

We ship Worldwide (including Canada, Australia, Asia and Africa) and the shipping cost is calculated at Checkout once you enter your Shipping address.
All items are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days except otherwise stated.
Standard and Express delivery using Hermes and DHL respectively is available for most countries at Checkout.
Please note that Tax and Duties may apply to your order Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and further information will be communicated if required. Once your order is shipped, details of your tracking number and estimated date of arrival will be communicated to you via email.
