I absolutely love this dress! I was a bit worried about staying warm on my date night with my husband, especially since it turned out to be quite chilly. However, the material of the dress kept me warm throughout the evening. I also appreciate the weight of the fabric; it feels luxurious and looks fabulous. Highly recommend

Beautiful dress l love the fact that the material is heavy which is ideal for the winter.

This is a beautiful too and skirt. It’s made with amazing fabric and the detail is insane. The fit helps with the structure of the skirt which gives space for curves and a cinched in waist.
Service is also second to none

On the plus side I ordered the dress as my sister had previously purchased one and it was absolutely beautiful, the fit and the material. My sisters dress came with a matching headwrap, however mine unfortunately did not.

I contacted customer service to notify them of this and they requested proof which I sent. They then advised that there was nothing that they could do about it as the dress was not advertised with a matching headwrap.
Having worked as a Customer Service Manager I would have presumed that they could have either contacted whoever made the dress to see if it was possible to get one, offer me a discount as I purchased the dress in good faith or at the very least offer me an apology for coming across as though they didn’t believe that my sister did indeed receive a headwrap.

I probably will continue to order from Cumo but am now more mindful of the Customer Service department🙁

This dress is honestly amazing, I felt so so beautiful wearing it. The amount of compliments I got was crazy! The fit of the dress really accentuates the body. The customer service I received at Cumo London was amazing too; one of the sizes was not in stock, so I received a phone call and the customer service team and I spoke through which size would be best for me. The dress fit like a glove and no one could be lieve that it was RTW. I literally received the dress the day after I ordered it. I would support and recommend this brand to anyone!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt truly compelled to after my recent experience with CUMO London. From the very first phone call, Neelo transformed what could have been a disappointment into an experience I’ll remember for all the right reasons. She called to explain there was an issue with my order and said she couldn’t commit to making the dress at that point. However, once I explained I needed the white dress for an upcoming event—especially since everything else I had ordered didn’t fit or look right—she kindly asked for my actual size during that call and promised to see what she could do, calling me back the next day.

Throughout the process, Neelo kept me updated and confirmed the dress would be made to my correct size—a thoughtful and personal touch I wasn’t expecting. She made sure I felt confident the dress would arrive in time. And it did—delivered the day before my event, fitting like a dream. The quality was exceptional, the fabric luxurious, and the craftsmanship flawless. On the day, I felt incredible and received so many compliments.
